Gun animations and where's DarkRP 2.4.2?

So whenever I reload my gun in my server it just does it automatically, like there's no reload animations.

Also my gun just freezes in mid air when I spawn it from a gun dealer.

Also DarkRP 2.4.2 is no where to be found, I use the SVN but it just turns my darkrp into version 2.3.5
