Once this started, I give my ip address to my friends however are when:
connect myipadress
The message that appears is:
failed connect Effective 4 retries

If you are running this off of your computer an not a server, you may have to allow stuff through your windows firewall.

Check your antiviruses, windows firewall, etc.
II have opened the port in the firewall and I have always this message and my antivirus this is avast :S
Not sure but try connect via your IPV4 address with the port and not the public IP

You can find it in the Windows command console using "ipconfig"

That works for me and will most likely work for him. The problem is that people can't connect using that IPV4 address...

That's because that's a local address.
You're public address is 86.208.95.109
Yes I know this is my ip address lan however with my public ip that nobody can even connect me with my public ip address
I think that your ISP might be blocking port forwarding on your network, if not, try allowing stuff through your firewalls, antiviruses etc.
This used to happen to me and I use to have to listen to the port somehow for it to be open for other connections, try using a port listener. Not sure if it'll work but, worth a shot! Bonne chance!
