Umm what you trying to hear music from???? If it was like that one radio addon, reinstall it.
I tried play music with ULX, with Gramaphone in TARDIS mod and other thing. I tried reinstall gmod but its not help me.

Work only local music from dir Sound and command playsound in ULX
Error 2 says - can`t open file, but i shutdown firewall and antivirus, but not work.
