I'm looking for an updated flood mod
1.7 or 2.1 which will work
(can't find 1.7 any where,and 2.1 requires database files which are not found (deleted) from findme's post link.)
The database files aren't in the download because you create them yourself.

Any idea on how I use TMYSQL?

Download the dll and place it in garrysmod/lua/includes/modules
Look at the images in the OP of the thread I linked, its all there. You can either use freesqldatabase.com like he shows or host your own MySQL database.
