No collide works on npcs and entities but NOT on props?

I have been having trouble with my No Collide tool on my server, and for anyone using it!

I have been using Falco's prop protection and have set the tool to being able to be used for everyone, but it for some reason doesn't even show the ray of blue going onto the props which I have spawned in!
So I don't really know whats up! On NPC's what I mean by working is they show the blue ray of light so I can click, but they don't No Collide either?

I really am stuck right now! I don't know why it won't work on props, especially as I'm superadmin on ULX.

If anyone could find a solution or a suggestion to the issue, I'd be grateful!

Still don't know why the tool won't click when you left click while holding the tool while aiming at a prop, nothing happens!!

I'm sure it's a simple explanation but I cannot find this, I have really only made edits to the toolguns restrictions in the Falco's Prop protection. I may have made a mistake in there, but I have enabled the restrictions for everyone to use it!

If you enabled restrictions for everyone to use it then why have a restriction at all?

Try uninstalling FPP and redoing the restrictions WITHOUT noclip tool.

If the issue persists it's likely another addon causing the problem.
