We are having a problem on our server where new users or returning users are not loading the addons on the server. We are using evolve, FPP, pewpew, and wiremod to name some of our bigger addons. When users enter the server the evolve scoreboard does not load and either does the section for FPP in the Utility tab. I would like to add this had happened once and we cleared the server cache (owners request) and it fixed the problem temporary. If anyone could give us some advice on how to fix this problem it would be greatly appreciated. If any more information on the server is required please ask.
