Started a server, now when im missing a map i guess, my client crashes

I started a server on windows 2008 enterprise R2 and have all of the files in the correct places, and used sourcercs to make a fast dl, made that fast download, i think it works, but when i try to download like deathrun_parking_garage on a map change, my client crashes, i updated the server, and still

i reinstalled it and it crashes any client, when it is downloading or something...

Probably the map itself then?

nope, it just crashes you on anything... is it a bug?

In case no-one (your friends, other fpunchers etc etc) cannot start it, it's probably the map itself.
