Wire thruster spawning problem.

I've been having this problem for a while now with wire thrusters the first one will spawn fine the second onward spawn invisible sometimes, the only thing I can do to them is undo them. Any idea how to stop this shit?

edit: It seems to be affecting my grabber tool as well...

Could be a material problem as they seem to occur sometimes. Does alt-tabbing outside the game, then into it again fix it?

Well I rejoined the server and tried again it spawns wire thrusters now but only the first one can be interacted with.
