I've decided to set up my Gmod server again, but I noticed something weird. When I'm trying to download/update/install CSS for the server, it saves the files in a css folder, instead of the orangebox folder, where Gmod is, and where CSS should be.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem, and does anyone know how to fix this?
I run these commands for updating:
D:\srcds\hldsupdatetool -command update -game "garrysmod" -dir D:\srcds\"
D:\srcds\hldsupdatetool -command update -game "Counter-Strike Source" -dir D:\srcds\"
And the filestructure after updating:

The Gmod server starts fine, but it doesn't load CSS content.
Also, unrelated to Gmod, I'm getting this error when starting the CSS server:

Command line I'm using to start it:
D:\srcds\css\srcds -console -game "cstrike"
Gmod runs fine with
D:\srcds\orangebox\srcds -console -game "garrysmodbeta"
Garry's Mod beta? Well, no official support.
The cstrike folder goes into /orangebox/ of the Garry's Mod folder.

It works exactly the same for the normal Gmod. Also, if I try to install CSS to /orangebox, it just installs to /orangebox/css, so you end up with /orangebox/css/cstrike.
Just copy over the cstrike folder?
And yes, it makes the difference that it's a beta and no finished product.
That works, but this is just a temporary solution. Now I still have to copy them back after each update manually. I'm not saying that I can't work with this, but it's just very annoying to do this every time when updating.

And I already said it works exactly the same between Gmod 12 and 13, as the problem is with CSS.
Because Counter-Strike Source models/materials update so often...
