Where the fuck does Falco's Prop Protection store its settings?

I already deleted and restored the folder for it in the addons folder. I've been looking for half an hour through my garrysmod folder and I can't find shit. My settings are all screwed up (the entity blacklist is empty and that's not easy to restore). How the hell do I restore this thing back to its default settings?
