Not sure why but no matter what server I join my screen is very red and slightly blurry as if I died. I recent modified some files on own of my own servers, but havent added anything directly to my own computer's gmod folder.
How do I print hooks through my console when im on a server such as one of my own to see what is causing this? No errors in console by the way.
You probably messed with P-Processing. Join Sandbox and untick all Post-Processing effects.
To debug, use

Wow. I deleted my 3 wiremod addons, ulx/ulib, etc. and nothing
I joined a singleplayergame and checked a few boxes and presto.
