I was not really sure what to call this but whatever ill just explain my dilemma.
I tend to download ether alot of mods at once or download them and then install when i have time so they tend to pile up every now and again. Iv came across a few that when i try to unzip or unpack them it says that it is invalid or corrupt.
Redownloading these wouldn't be such a problem if they werent named as a bunch of letters and numbers. I have no idea why they are named this way when downloaded from garrysmod.org, but it becomes a pain not knowing what the mod was.
For instance one of them is 108f5ad74cd8ff17d2f5a3a3aae54340.
I was wondering if there was some way to look up or find out what the mods where by these numbers and letters or if im S.O.L.
Like a universal spot that has all the downloads categorized by name/number or how there named by when you download them. (shouldn't garrys mod .org have something like that?).
It just confuses me as to why they are named this way and not named by what they are (like say "inflation s tool" rather than 103noi453b2jkjhf35566)
