So, I have been thinking about hosting a GMOD server. I've a server running 24/7 here at home, and I'm not really using it to anything. I'd like to know how many clients my server can run with this hardware:
4GB (Running Win7, so about 3GB available)
i5 CPU 650 3.20GHz
Do you've any ideas, I found this website: [url]http://www.cstrike-planet.com/tutorial/1-Creating-a-Counter-Strike-Server[/url] here is the requirements for running a cstrike server, though GMOD is probably more demanding.

Depends on a lot lot lot more factors than CSS.

I see, I'll probably try with 20 slots. I'm thinking about using Tiramisu 2 and maybe some small other addons.

I do not recommend hosting a Server off your connection, Hackers can easily hack your IP since your ports are open. I recommend hosting it on like..
