• How many people can my server run?

So, I have been thinking about hosting a GMOD server. I've a server running 24/7 here at home, and I'm not really using it to anything. I'd like to know how many clients my server can run with this hardware: 4GB (Running Win7, so about 3GB available) i5 CPU 650 3.20GHz Do you've any ideas, I found this website: http://www.cstrike-planet.com/tutorial/1-Creating-a-Counter-Strike-Server here is the requirements for running a cstrike server, though GMOD is probably more demanding. Anyways, thanks in advance.
What kind of connection do you have?

You will have to try. Depends on a lot lot lot more factors than CSS. Gamemode, Addons... (and so on)

Hackers can easily hack your IP since your ports are open? So... I can hack every server because the Port is open? You might want to explain further.
Yeah that makes pretty much no sense.
