I have a server, and i wanted to upload the map: rp_evocity_v33x
I uploaded both .bsp file and .bz2 file, and change the command line and restarted, but still it doesnt work..
Any solution for this?

You shouldn't name the thread "Help, Problem, Error" and so on. Give a proper name to have a basic idea of your issue.
I didn't understood your problem. You want to use a custom map, but your server can't see it? If so double check that the map files are in the "[B]Steam\steamapps\YourName\garrysmod\garrysmod\maps[/B]" folder.
Then start the server with a random map, and use command "[I]changelevel rp_evocity_v33x[/I]". Be cations for spelling mistakes.
