rp_apocalypse Floating wires and world holes. Need help.

I've already posted this, but it was in the wrong section. Apologies for that, but this is basically my issue.

Basically, this is what happens when I load up rp_apocalypse. I know this is singleplayer, I used it for the screenshot, but this also happens in my server that runs rp_apocalypse.
I have installed every single free extension, including Half Life 2: Episode 2 and CS:S. I don't have Episode 1, because my friend gifted me Episode 2, but I don't think that is the issue. Aside from the wires, there are also world holes, like clear patches on mountains and small valleys where I can see down into the ground into a light grey area. If you have ANY ideas as all, please post. This is rather annoying and I like my game looking clean. Thank you.

rp_apocalypse requires HL2: EP1. I had this problem, buying EP1 was the solution.
