Gmod Toybox error- Cant connect, but im still connected to the internet!

Ive had gmod for about a month or too, and no toybox didn't really bug me, because I didn't use it. But now I do. Ive never even seen what toybox looks like. But when I try to connect, whether in game or selecting a map.. it says something about the server being down, or that the internet has no connection to gmod. The error it gives me is -102

Is there any way to fix this?

No, I cant open it outside of the game

If you can access [B][URL="http://toybox.garrysmod.com/ingame/"]toybox[/URL][/B] using the internet browser you should be able to access it in-game.

As far as I remember, Hamachi is some sort of VPN, why do you use it? It might be the reason why the servers don't give you authorization to access toybox.

.I use it for several other games to connect to my friends server on games me and him only share/
