Well I started up GMod the other day a lot of my sounds werent working exept for sounds in my addons. The sounds that i noticed that arent working are the sounds when switching weapons, the sounds when a ragdoll hits a surface hard, all the gun sounds and explosion sounds. I tried de;eting the .GCF the re-installing it; that didnt work. I tried deleting it only from my steam library; that didnt work. The only thing i havent tried is deleting Garry's Mod completly off my computer and re-installing it. What should i do?
Sounds weird.
I'd try deleting the /garrysmod/ and gcf.
Another solution would be extracting the sounds manually via gcfscape.
