I purchased VIP Moderator on their server for $50 and was randomly demoted for reporting a head staff member.

This is the video I had on the head staff member, it was him making an unorganized sit with me, as he had 2 users sitting on his head, in which I was in non-roleplay so I walked away from the sit just once, this lead to him demoting and perma-banning me. After uploading the video to the Forums, the reply from the Owner, Dusty, was "Welcome back to NRG Shaun ;)". This lead to me asking for my rank back, or I would do a charge back from Paypal, this then lead to him pasting my adress into the Steam Chat and threatening to DDOS me. I'd like to clarify that I'm 15 and my parents have had to contact the police to ensure my safety as I've had multiple death threats from members of their community as one of Dusty's messages was "RIP you when your IP is posted on our Forums/Server."

The reported staff member denied his own report and deleted the post.

Garry won't do shit, hes got bigger problems to deal with rather then sorting out a "he said" "she said" matter. Just go join another server and forget about them if they bother you that much.

Hi, this guy is called codcomedyTJ and he has been kicked of various DarkRP communities including ZARP darkrp, he has been an easy target for bullies on the server many people would bully him because of his voice and the way he was speaking.

The owner of NRgaming me and my friend rasheed know who he is and we have heard reports as well of him being a big DDOSer. Some other servers go down occasioanly and have been blamed to NRgaming, however there is no solid evidence for this apart from steam screenshots so we don't know if it is true or not.

And remember people, this person codcomedyTJ may not be as "thick skinned" as we are, meaning they may take abuse seriously and actually it can be pretty harmful/nasty to the victim. Sure some people can handle it and take it lightly but for some they may be unable or insecure and take it seriously and will get sad/upset and even hurt over these incidents so people saying "grow up", well it's not really a nice thing to say if someone is being bullied online.
If he is upset enough to tell his parents and them to tell the police well you can tell its a serious situation not some case of "nobody cares".

Unfortunately Garry can not take action against this, however you can report him to steam as he has been threatening members over steam chat, you have to get more people to report it for a person to look at it though.
