No, not out of the box Q3K got it working somehow a while ago, but his site got deleted by his webhost. I've been waiting to see if he can piece together a tutorial on it, but apparently it's taken some time. There are linux versions of the dll's that you need to run OA as I am told, but I am not sure which ones they are. Anyways, Apparently the update to OpenAura called ClockWork is supposed to be fully compatible with linux so it might be better just to wait for that.
I don't want to sound like I'm flaming, but don't go with OA. The „Developer“ of OpenAura basically just spruced up his old gamemodes, which were stolen in the first place. Wonder where HL2RP came from? He directly copied Tacoscript
