Mysqld.exe cpu spikes

I run a few game servers which are connected to a mysql server running in workbench and every 1 - 5 minutes mysqld.exe will spike to 6 - 10% cpu usage and inturn cause lag spikes onto the game servers.

Gmod Addons which are connected to mysql
Arcbank
Ulx
Utime
Prometheus donation system

Misc
Ipb forum suite

So my questions are

How would I see what queries are causing these spikes?
How would I be able to fix them or optimize it so it won't cause the servers to lag?
