Hey im trying to get m9k weapons on my server and i've used the server workshop but only the assault rifles upload and there's something wrong with them every time.
I have the same problem, when dowloading i have that error:

I'm not exactly a steam workshop pro but it says it's too big.. So it downloads a small portion of the download. Ask the author of the package to put the m9k arms into a seperate workshop download link..
Better yet, move them into the addons folder manually. Ensured to work every time, and if not, use the GMAD converter to convert them to a folder-based version.

I'm pretty sure Garry added support for directly placing them in the addons folder on the server.
I uploaded the .gm from my game to the addon folder of my server, and renamed from m9k... to ds_WorkshopID.gm and it worked.
PS: Why the client can download large files and not the server ?
