Is it possible to make startup music with Garry's Mod 13?

It used to be just placing a mp3 named "gamestartup01" in sound/ui and that would work, but since there's no sound folder in the Garry's Mod directory I did this.

Can someone tell me if it's possible to make one, because this didn't work.

You will have to edit some game files for it to work. I think there are tutorials/ready-to-use code examples somewhere around this website. I am sure google can find it.

Most of the stuff I saw were 4-6 years old. Which isn't Gmod 13.
