Please help i need to know something about my fps!

I want to know if i upgrade my Graphics card, will the FPS in games like Gmod increase?!
I would like a graphics card that would be able to run a game like blackops with a high FPS.

SO if i upgrade my card, will the FPS in games like Black Ops or Bad Company 2 Increase?!

It depends on what graphics you play it on, but, generally, yes. Upgrades to your computer will increase performance.
