I tried hosting a server for me and a friend to play with the flood gamemode. Everything worked great; I can spawn props and the water level would raise like usual.
However, after we get on our boat and during the flood, it seems like we are stuck with no weapons to destroy each other's boats. I tried buying a gun but it does not show up either. Is there a console command I need to enter, or can I edit a game file to fix this?

The reason I ask is because there are at least three versions of flood, two of them which must be leaked if you have them and of those two one is a leaked version of the other.

It's like that for other servers too but my own server does everything correctly but the weapon spawn.
