A problem with tf2ragdolls (and extensions) on gmod 12

I have a bit of a problem: I'm unable to spawn non-Half Life 2 ragdolls, even when I have their extensions tab ticked on start-up. The only other game I have on Steam is tf2. I don't know if this has happened with you or not, but help would be nice.

Y'see when I go into the props spawn tab (as you do) and then to tf2, I hear the spawn sound, but when I close the tab it's just not there.

Any and all help is appreciated.
