Trying to make player model but its invisible!

I tried to make a reskin for the combine police/metrocop and i wanted to make it into a player model so i edited an existing player model that worked and i can get it onto the menus but its INVISIBLE, theres a shadow, no ERROR model, no mat specular, just INVISIBLE! how do i fix this? here are the files (i put it in the addons folder) [url]http://www.filedropper.com/rcfieldmedic[/url]
