Gmod Server Errors, Help Needed

Hi there guys, i am new to this site, but not new to Server hosting, but my problem is that in game when i spawn a weapon or buy a weapon, it will float and not be usable(E)

So i tried moving Cstrike to Orangebox and no luck looks like this (C:\srcds\orangebox\cstrike)(However there is another cstrike in that directory)

When i run the map gm_construct i get no Physics Errors, but as soon as i run rp_downtown_v2 all the physics errors come back(Think it's because that map uses certain css materials)

the command i am using to run the server is as follows(C:\srcds\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game garrysmod +map rp_downtown_v2 +maxplayers 16 -autoupdate)
I am using the latest version of DarkRP(2.3.7 i think)

Also i have problems with the F4 Menu(Options Menu) as when i press it, it either shows up (on Drp 2.4.1) or on 2.3.7 doesnt show up @ all ):

Any help thanked and i am willing to use Skype,steam,TV,anything to help
