Gmod hotbar not showing when i switch to new wepons and stuff related to roleplay.

When i loged into a gmod roleplay server that i play on regularly, i could not see my hot bar, i can switch to wepons and other stuff, but I can't see it, I've been trying to fix it but nothing seems to work, it has really been bothering me :/.
