So I have been having an issue lately where rag dolls will disappear randomly. It appeared in the console that an error with SLV base was causing it, I completely removed SLV base and I still get an error. What will happen is after the error happens, I wait a few minutes, and the rag dolls disappear. The console doesn't display an additional error when the rag dolls disappear.
I have tried it with enable corpses on and killing NPCS, the rag dolls disappear. An error comes up before involving SLV base when they are alive, and after death they disappear without any additional errors.
I have tried it by going to HL2 characters and placing them manually, they still disappear but no error comes up before they do.
I have tried normal models that aren't ragdolls, they don't disappear.
Any help? It could also be noted I have a problem where the UI says things like #UI_Startmenu_StartGame, I know that error is supposed to be fixed by verifying your cache, however, I did verify my cache and it still does this. I was wondering if the issues could be related.

Also before anyone asks me to make a video of it, I can't. When I record Garrymod gameplay (or any full screen game) I got horrible framerate.
Another thing I'd like to mention is that I did uninstall all other mods using SLV_base.
This is in Garrymod 12.
I defragmented my Cache and the problems are still occuring.
What, if any, addons do you have installed?
Completely wipe your garrysmod folder.
