Garry's Mod 13 Server Cannot Increase Max Wire Thruster Limit

My dedicated server does not recognize the sbox_maxwire_thrusters X command (X being the amount of thrusters). We obviously have Wiremod installed, I haven't been able to find the .CFG or .INI that this value would be stored in.

We've tried re-installing Wiremod, but that hasn't fixed our issue. If sbox_maxwire_thrusters X doesn't work anymore, what is the new command? If that is still the command that should work, than where is the .CFG or the .INI that I could edit to raise the limit?

I made a post there as well. I figured I would ask both communities, somebody is bound to know.
