I am buying a server and the owner apparently doesn't know how to set me as owner. He has tried !rank and ULX adduser royalpython1234 Owner and nothing has worked so far. Any help is appreciated.

You have to create the group "owner" when you are made superadmin, and inherit all the permissions.
