I have had my server running great for a while now, but I really cant be updating everything manually all the time.
So here is my issue:

When I put '#any large addon#' I mean I only get this error with large addons from the workshop.
Smaller addons install fine.
I really have no clue what this is about!
This is really hampering efforts to make my server stable with the latest plugins.
So if anyone knows a fix for this, how to cancel the timeout or something???
Then I would like to know how :)

It's probably your DL speed or Steam connection. You can try downloading the addon to your client, rename it ds_workshopid.gma, and then upload it to your server's addons folder.
Ok I will try that. They all download to my client fine but that thought never really crossed me as my download speed is usually fine :) , I get about 2.7 MB/s Download speed :D

It worked, but the plugins still wont appear in the game!
I am trying to mount Carters addon packs for stargates.
But even after the console confirming they were mounted, I dont see it ingame.
I have tried the SVN version, the ZIP version and now the Workshop version.
Any Ideas how I would go about fixing this?

I think we just have to wait until steam fixes itself. I recently got a new Dedicated Server with another ISP and I am getting this error now
