Issues with Garry's Mod on Mac: Mouse not working.

I create this thread to ask if something has been found to fix the mouse problem on mac.
Ingame, when i try to move the camera with the mouse, nothing's happening. I can still move using z,s,q,d but no response coming of the camera control.

If someone could tell me how to fix it, i would greatly appreciate it.

Have you tried hitting f3 on your keyboard? Maybe that will fix it.
