How to change server port?

Hello, I am MrSkeleton33. My server was hosted on RDP (Remote desktop Connection) Via Goliath hosting. This is the first time taking in customers hosting Gmod servers, And in that way the ports of all servers are the same, How may we change this (Port) to not interfere with other servers on the network?
For example
Server A- :25606
Server B: :25604

All ports are opened! We need the Gmod server to use ONE spastic port!

Welp, I found it out, Its weird though, The port choses itself.
