Assmod don't work perfectly on my server

I have a garry's mod server which is not dedicated server.
I am the server owner and my friend + there is one admin and the server restarded,crashed or changed the map and we lose the owner/admin rank that is not so good, almost we write
in console the "ass_giveownership" command everyday. That's my problem

Go to gmod.org and find a fixed version, the original ASSMod broke a long time ago.
