I tried to join my OWN server which i made using SteamCMD and i got this message in the game and console when i looked: Dropped Refined_ from server (Server uses different class tables). I believe i need to update my server, how exactly do i do that? I am not in any betas or dev version.

Well, I'm stumped. I know this is a generic response, but a generic one is better than none - did you portforward, unblock firewall, etc?

This is nothing to do with port forwards, etc.
There were a bunch of threads about this after the update, so I suggest you look for them. Also, do lua_run print(VERSION) and post whatever it shows.
