How do I make the stacker tool VIP only?

I was wondering how to make the stacker tool only use-able for the VIP group.

Use any admin mod to restrict this to a certain usergroup. Default is FPP (Falco's Prop Protection).

Just a hint, people hate servers that make you pay for "normal" building tools, so don't expect many players if you are going to do this with the majority of your tools.

The number one DarkRP server makes people pay for stacker tool.
Giving extra tools for VIPs make people want to donate.

But not if all your server has to offer are default money printers found on the workshop, and demands you to pay for tools that you need to build something decent.

You could use ULX and its groups to make it so a tool is restricted from certain groups.
I had something similar on a sandbox so that only certain players could spawn the really destructive things.
