I'm wondering can i use 2 FastDL [U]at the same time[/U] one to download addon from the workshop and an another one to download my custom map from my web hosting?
Yes.
Put the addons on whatever.lua (lua/autorun/server) and do resource.AddWorkshop( "AddonIDHere" )
Then on fastdl do sv_downloadurl "yourdomain.com" (Mostly for maps and models)
