I have the strangest bug ever and I've spent hours trying to fix it. I tried even reinstalling gmod twice and uninstalling alot of mods. I have no idea what is causing this.

That looks like a problem with Clunkwork.

Tested it on Sandbox. It's the same even with NPC's. ANY male models do this.

This is usually some sort of shader error, I think. I know it happens to people who play L4D2 with a Pixel Shader 2 graphics card... But that's the only help I can give.

It isn't mate, like I said above it happens on ALL gamemodes.

Tried both of them, none worked. Still got the bug. Even tried clearing out some of my gmod folders. Nothing.

Verified again, it required 10 files but STILL fixed nothing. It's so fucking annoying.
Well if you have the corrupted settings, then reinstalling the game will not make any changes except if you disable the Steam Cloud :/
After you reinstall the game, Steam will try to recover the save data, which it may corrupts your game again :v
Try to disable it, delete the configs (\garrysmod\cfg) or I think you should clean install the game again.
Oh yeah,
to disable the Steam Cloud : right click GMOD -> Properties -> Updates -> Uncheck "Enable Steam Cloud bla bla bla"

Deleted al my .cfg files, reinstalled gmod all with the Steam Cloud disabled, no difference. I have no other PC to try it on.

I'm not entirely sure, to be honest.
Bumping this again. I really need to fix this and I've tried everything to fix it.
Anyone know anything? I feel like it might be some corrupted files within the male citizen models, but I'm not sure which.
EDIT: I just disabled my Steam Cloud again, reinstalled and verified.. still nothing.

SOLVED! I have NO IDEA what caused this, but it really annoyed me. The fix was pretty easy; All I had to do was search 'male' in my gmod folder and delete all of the files, verify then launch. And now it's fixed. Thank you guys for helping :D
