I've been trying to scale up a ragdoll (nothing too crazy just factor 1.4), however this thing just won't compile! After decompiling it, increasing the scale by 1.4 using the Source Model Scaling Application, and trying to compile it again, it attempts to generate an optimized mesh for it, however it always error's out with "short conversion out of range". Ok, so it must be trying to draw a triangle with too many vertices, I import the reference.QC into 3DS and trim down the poly count. Try to compile again, and it tells me it cannot find the textures. If someone can provide some insight in to what I'm doing wrong I would be very grateful!
