After about an hour or so my gmod server crashes. This causes 32 annoyed people to complain on the forum etc. The error is as follows:
IVP Failed at ..\ivp_utility\ivu_vhash.cxx 157
Any ideas? Tried a steam update. Had host verify the game data. Not much info other than that on Google!
We have the same error sometimes but it's really "rare", maybe once a week. No idea what is causing it but it seem that Garrysmod isn't the only game to suffer from these crashes.
But since you have them so often, it may be caused by an addon so try disabling half your addons, see if you still have those crashes, if yes try disabling the other half.. etc until you isolate an addon...maybe. And please reply if you found something :)
