How do I add css weapons to my dedicated server?

Yeah, so I've opened a GMod dedicated server a week ago, and people are complaining about not being able to spawn css weapons and tf2 models. How do I get them working?

Install CSS content onto your server. Are you using a host? If so, it should be in the control panel under "Mods and Addons".

thanks, but will the users who don't own css have to download all the materials? cause that'll take pretty much time..
