Creating a OpenAura - Severance server. Need help! Looking for partner to Co-own.

Hi, I need some help setting up a OpenAura - Severance server. I have the game-mode and a server. I am a total noob when it comes setting up a server. I am also a total noob with LUA and any sort of coding. Can anyone help me set this up. I'm looking for a partner to Co-own with me. Any help is appreciated. I also need help setting up the mySQL. Server is hosted by NFO.
