On my Steam acc i have TF2 and Garry's mod... How to fix this without buying CS:S and HL2?

You can't. Unless you download the textures from somewhere but then you'd be missing out on two great games.
CS:S isn't that expensive just steal your moms credit card and buy it.

The options are VERY simple.
1. Live with those insanely annoying errors, makes it fairly unplayable.
2. Buy CS:S
3. Don't play on servers that use CS:S models, which is pretty damn hard to be fair.
Any other option is illegal and you won't be told how to do it on Facepunch, buy the damn game. It's literally $1-2 in the sales.
1. Buy CSS
2. Download CSS
2. Download GCFscape
3. Open GCFscape
4. Chose import
5. Go to SteamApps and open counter-strike source shared
6. Go to cstrike folder and chose maps[if you want all CSS maps] materials, models, particles, scripts, sounds.
7. Extract to garrysmod\addons\css[create folder]
8. After open garrysmod content in GCFscape
9.[GCFscape] Gmod- Addons- counter-strike. And extract all to garrysmod\addons\css.
10. Play
After extracting CSS content to gmod you can delete CSS if you want
The GCFscape part is pointless.
The only thing that helps you with is being able to delete CSS, but what's the point? You don't save any hard drive space and just have to download it again if there are any significant updates, which granted are rare but still pointless to delete it.
