Much errors: "Ignoring unreasonable position (...) from vphysics! (...)"

Hi
Now i have problem with that errors on server.
Examle:

Ignoring unreasonable position (-472.163391,-1267.472900,-370090.062500) from vphysics! (entity npc_rollermine)
Ignoring unreasonable position (-472.163391,-1267.472900,-381148.437500) from vphysics! (entity npc_rollermine)
Ignoring unreasonable position (-472.163391,-1267.472900,-392239.937500) from vphysics! (entity npc_rollermine)

This is big problem - ussualy this error causes lags. Recently i had to "kill" srcds because i cannot enter any command (srcds only spawned errors). I try search in Google and i only found topics for several months that need to wait for update.
Pease help...

It's called LUA for a reason bub, please don't come to FP and ask for people to feed you code as you'd probably have no clue how to use it.
