New update breaks Garry's Mod and unable to mount source games.

So I got on this morning to play Garry's Mod on the Steam Linux Client. When I pressed Play on Steam it tells me "Only one instance of a game can be running at one time." I restarted the Steam client and got the same error. I opted in and out of betas. Same error. Also before the update I noticed Garry's Mod did not mount the source games I owned (CSS, TF2, Portal). I tried vertifying the games and checking if they had Steam Pipe. GMod says I do not have the games by a big red X. I am really confused here, so I ask of this forum if there is any solutions to this problem?

I think the games are mounted differently using a CFG or something, i've got this too but i'm not really sure what's going on.
