I really don't understand how to even do this, I tried importing the mysql file and it just doesn't work.
I don't know how to set up MYSQL at all, and I tried just about everything. It's so fucking confusing, please help me.

Ehm, you're uploading a wrong file dude.
You're supposed to upload the openaura.sql and then fill in the details of your database in the mysql.cfg
