I need help with adding DarkRp to my server with TCADMIN.

I installed the Darkrp mod in the Mod Manager but It didn't work, when I loaded up gmod it was still sandbox, I have made a custom commandline and ticked the 3 boxes and put the map, RCon password and gamemode to Darkrp.

If anyone can help I might give you VIP on my server or even MOD
