Everything worked fine until I tried to start the server by using my Start_Server.bat. When I started it everything started to load up fine but the last line in the command prompt said "Logging into anonymous gameserver account."
I believe I forwarded all my ports correctly but I still get that message everytime and don't know what to do. I have a cisco router if anyone has a cisco router aswell that has made a gmod server with the right ports can you link a picture so I can see what it looks like and see if I did something wrong. Please someone help. Thanks in advance.
Run the update on your server again, but add the -verify_all command to it.
It will download files into orangebox/bin, and your server will work after that.
There seems to be 2 sets of files that get downloaded into orangebox/bin.
One set causes the server to lock up at the "Logging into anonymous gameserver account." part and the other set lets the server run fine.
