Can't play multiplayer on any map execpt gm_flatgrass and gm_construct

Hey

Recentlyi have bought garry's mod 13 on steam

Now, everytime i play singleplayer nor multiplayer, the game crashes

If i play on a map like gm_construct it crashes after 10-15 minutes of playing

if i play on ANY, i repeat ANY map on ANY gamemode (darkRP,TTT) the game crashes after 5 seconds

Please help me! i thought it was a great game but now this?
